Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major fault or failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the goods do not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a replacement.
